  • Very few of our clients we work with, initially have $250k in investment assets. We can work with you, wherever you’re at in your financial journey!


  • A copy of your most recent account statements. A key part of our process is taking an inventory of your financial accounts. It’s easier to understand how to get you to achieve your financial goals, once we have an understanding of where you’re currently at.


  • We believe that everyone should work with a Financial Advisor. We also understand that we may not be the best fit for you and or your needs and that’s 100% OK! Schedule a complimentary Introduction through our Calendly so that we may begin to explore the feasibility of working together to achieve your financial goals.


  • We schedule a Discovery Session, the first of three in our client-centric process to best understand your financial goals and where you’re currently at. We review your current financial statements and work to gain a solid understanding of your cash-flow situation. Most importantly, we actively listen to what your financial goals are and take notice of the subtle nuances in your responses as we casually discuss what’s most important to you. Your goals, are our goals!


  • We charge for our services one of two ways. The most common way we charge for our services is through a commission that’s paid directly from the product sponsor. This commission we earn is already built into the initial cost of investing along with any annual investment expense that the product sponsor charges to establish and maintain, service your account. The second way we charge for our services is through a flat-fee. This is an attractive option for those clients who need guidance, as they choose to manage their accounts directly.


  • This is explored during the Discovery Session. After we have a better understanding of your financial goals and current financial situation, the method by which we charge for our services almost always presents itself. We believe that clients will make the best decision when they are empowered with the relevant facts.


  • Our process is based on a three-session process. The first is the Discovery Session, whereby we gather all of the relevant information about your current financial situation; collecting recent financial account statements is key in this initial session. Asking many qualitative questions to best understand where you want to be and most importantly, when. Secondly is the Solution Session, whereby we review the gathered information regarding your goals, dreams and current financial situation. We make recommendations to solutions that we believe would work best for you and answer any and all questions you have regarding our recommended solutions. Lastly is the Resolution Session where we take the first steps towards achieving your financial goals. Often during this session we are gathering more personal information to establish certain financial accounts and sometimes we are walking you through the required steps to make changes to your already existing financial accounts.

  • Quarterly in most cases but some financial accounts only need to be reviewed annually. Communication is key! We will reach out to you to give you an update how your portfolio performed over the course of the quarter/year and update you on it’s year-to-date performance.
